Suspension!
Russia is suspending all US adoptions until the US signs a treaty. This is devastating news. Not sure of all the details and if there is any chance of us still able to go to court on Monday. Our agency doesn't know anything yet, as our Russian team had to find out about this on the news!!! The Ministry of Education still hasn't issued a statement or confirmation on this according to the Joint Council. I hope and pray a miracle happens. I knew I shouldn't have let my guard down. I was actually feeling good and thought we could get court in before the delegation arrived in Russia. I guess Russia is using this as pressure to get the US to sign their agreement. Please pray for all of us who are on this emotional roller coaster!

Praying!!! I read somewhere that said it was suspending all new applications, maybe that is the case as it wouldn't affect all those that have sent their dossier to Russia already.

I am a follower of your sisters blog. I have been reading your blog since she posted a long time ago about your baby girl. I have never left a comment, but I want you to know I am praying for you. And I believe in miracles. I signed the treaty and put it up on my own blog hoping for more signatures.

What a nightmare of a roller coaster for you! You guys are SO freaking close. Apparently the reports of the suspension are not confirmed by MOE so maybe all hope is not lost yet! We're so thinking of you guys this week!!! Fingers doubly crossed.
