Almost There

With my fingers crossed, I am typing this. We are still planning on leaving tomorrow for court on Monday. Nothing has been canceled, appointment or flight! Hopefully, things will continue to go smoothly through the weekend. Please continue to keep us in your prayers as I am not too thrilled with the whole volcano situation! I still can't get over the fact that after 3 plus years, we have to worry about a volcano keeping us from our baby girl!!! It really is quite funny when you think about it :)

We are not quite totally packed since we have soooooo many clothing donations for the baby home. I'm having trouble figuring out the best way to pack it all. Otherwise, just some odds and ends to tie up. Aidan's arm is healing nicely which makes me feel so much better. We will post from Moscow on Sunday and let you know how our flight went. I'm predicting smooth sailing, because how could anything else possibly go wrong???

Praying that all will go well. Remember to just relax and to soak up the whole process. Don't get so overwhelmed that you forget one of the best days, when the Judge says "Positive". Oh also, those vaccuum bags work great. I had to bring 5 sets of snow suits and snow boots when we went the vaccuum bags saved us so much room. Sally

All of us in "blogger land" will be on pins and needles for you guys. Hope everything goes without a hitch... Relax, deep breath, and take it all in. If I had one suggestion, make sure you take lots of pictures of everything... Baby home, etc... Not for you or all us "blogger land" people, but for her because one day, she will have tons of questions about her heritage and the more pictures, the better. I wish I wouldve taken more.
Pam
ps: make sure you keep us updated in "blogger land". We are so excited for you.

I wish you the best of luck with your flights - the volcano thing is just crazy. I am also praying for you and all the families currently adopting from Russia. I know you've probably heard this said 100+ times already, but your daughter will be sooooo worth all the stress. Our little girl was a match made in heaven! I can't wait to see all your family together at last!

Hey, isn't that how life is? Volcanos & politics? We will never change that, all we can do is just dodge and jump! With Kat in your arms of course;) Now go..go...go!
